Leithlofts

The conversion of two former whisky and tobacco bonds for Whiteburn Projects Ltd, provided the opportunity for the first complete New York type Loft apartment scheme in Scotland. For the first time people had a choice of buying a shell or a fitted out apartment. The sub division into 28 apartments was carried out in synergy with the existing beam and column structure to provide stunning apartments.The composition is punctuated dramatically with cedar clad rooftop love nests. All the apartments were designed, built, and sold over 18 months within the cost plan.
