A pre Millennium Wheel hybrid form of Ferris wheel and Paternoster with cabins in continuous motion. Pods are entered at ground level and discharge to the cafe on the lower ground floor The cafe affords breathtaking views of the the structure above breaking through the suspended glass roof .
